By accessing or using any services offered by Travel Inc, including but not limited to student visa consultation, scholarship application support, and work or immigration assistance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We provide professional guidance and support in areas including international study programs, visa application assistance, scholarship opportunities, job placements abroad, and permanent immigration services. While we do our best to support your success, please note that final decisions (such as visa issuance or job offers) rest with third-party institutions and are outside our control.

3. Service Fees and Payment

All services provided are subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated to you during the onboarding process. Payment must be made in full before we begin processing your application. Please note that our service fees cover consultation and administrative support and are non-refundable once processing has commenced, regardless of the outcome of your visa or application unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to provide complete, accurate, and timely information and documents as requested. We shall not be held liable for delays, rejections, or legal issues arising due to misinformation, document forgery, or failure to comply with immigration regulations. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and clarify all doubts before submission.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if services have not yet commenced or if an error was made on our part. Refunds will not be granted due to visa refusal by the embassy or changes in a client's decision after application submission. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to management review and approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all services offered, Travel Inc cannot be held liable for visa denials, embassy delays, changes in immigration policies, or the rejection of scholarship or job applications. Our role is advisory and supportive; we do not guarantee outcomes that are determined by third-party institutions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, revise, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review this section periodically. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
